NMSHSA Conference Exhibitors Application
The National Migrant and Seasonal Head Start Annual Conference brings together 350 early childhood educators from across 34 states. It is designed to share information on best practices and to share innovative program techniques for improving services and outcomes for children and their farmworker families.
This conference is the perfect opportunity for companies and organizations to promote their line of services to our Migrant and Seasonal Head Start network. We encourage exhibitors to display only developmentally appropriate materials that are culturally diverse and support the play of all children, including children with special needs.

Event Location: Hilton Alexandria Mark Center: 5000 Seminary Rd, Alexandria, VA, 22311
Event Dates: March 8 to 10, 2024
Table Cost: $ 1,200 Extra Table: $ 300 each
Additional Information: Table Size: 6 feet. Two chairs are provided for each table. White skirting provided. Electrical: Coordinate with hotel (703)845-2643
Setup time: Thursday, March 7, 4 to 8 pm, or Friday, March 8, 8 to 10 am.
Display area: Lower foyer is a large open central space in front of the Plaza Ballroom (General Session), and at the base of escalators. There will be no reserved or designated booth spaces.
